About the race
The race.
The Compassionate Friends of Eastern Arkansas hosts a 3-mile walk on September 26, 2026, in Wynne, AR, to honor loved ones who have passed away. Participants of all ages are welcome, regardless of their relationship to the deceased. Registration for youth 13 and under costs $15.00, with free t-shirts available for those registered by September 12th. Additional giveaways will be distributed at the event. A butterfly release ceremony concludes the walk. Proceeds benefit The Compassionate Friends of Eastern Arkansas, a 501(c)(3) organization, and support its 14th Annual Memorial Candle Light Banquet scheduled for December 13th.
