The race.

The Sober Endurance 2-4-6 takes place on June 27, 2026, in San Luis Obispo, California, at Islay Hill Park (1511 Tank Farm Rd). Participants choose from a 5.5-mile in-person timed loop course or virtual options available worldwide. In-person registrants receive an official race shirt and have their names announced at a post-run ceremony; virtual participants receive the same shirt. The race offers four distance/time options: 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, and a 5-mile run. In-person spots are limited to 50 and close June 26th; virtual registration remains open. Registration is $50 and includes community participation throughout the event.
