About the race
The race.
The We the People Freedom Fest 5K takes place on July 4, 2026, at 8 a.m. in Heber Springs, Arkansas, starting and finishing at Cleburne County Fair Grounds on Bittle Road. The 5K course follows Sulphur Creek Trail. Online pre-registration is available with a shirt size guarantee deadline of June 21st; additional shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Packet pickup and onsite registration occur from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. on race morning, accepting cash and check payments. The event is presented by the Heber Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels.
