The primary purpose of this race is to raise funds that provide a meaningful hand up to those in need. While race registration helps cover event costs, the true impact comes from the additional support we raise together . We invite you not only to register and participate, but also to seek sponsorships and encourage donations from friends, family, co-workers, and all your social media followers . With your help, we can extend support to families locally and around the world to make a lasting difference.
Join us on SUNDAY, November 8, 2026, for our 15th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K. This fundraiser supports Columbia's Spend Yourself® World Hunger ministries in Falls Church and Muchila, Zambia. Sign up to run or walk in person or virtually from wherever you are and start raising funds !
