Please read the following to answer any questions about the Bandit HTK 100 Virtual challenge!

Bandit CrossFit is back with our annual HTK 100 miles virtual challenge! Join us as we walk and run 100 miles in July and earn your very own 100 mile medal!!

NEW THIS YEAR! A special Add On for America's 250th birthday, a 250 mile challenge to earn a special award, The Spirit of '76! All participants who go the extra mile, all the way to 250, will earn a special standing award for this category!

To sign up for this special Add On, you will register for the Standard or Heavy Division, and then on the next screen, you will be prompted to add on that special 250 mile challenge.

Also, we will be doing a special in-person meet up on July 3 at the Bethel Mountain Bike Trails where we walk and run the trails as much as we want to kick off the HTK 100 with a bang! Bandit coach, Ashlyn Williams will be at the trailhead at sunrise on Friday, July 3, and will be hanging out all day! We will have tents, snacks, and hydration for all who attend... PLUS a special commemorative patch for all who show up!

The annual BANDIT HTK 100 event is a VIRTUAL challenge, meaning you can get the miles done wherever you are! You also have the whole month of July to get them done! So, you can spread them out however you want! If you do miles every day, it will equal to 3.23 miles each day to complete the 100. For the 250, that will be 8.06 miles per day!

Of course, we're bringing back the popular Heavy (Weighted) Division! Participants in the "Heavy Division" will complete all of their miles with added weight in the form of a weight vest or ruck/backpack. Men will carry 30# and ladies will carry 20# on them.

This virtual race is open to anyone and everyone...meaning participants DO NOT have to be Bandit CrossFit members to sign up.

All 100 mile (heavy and standard) participants will receive a t-shirt and sticker! Those who finish the 100 miles will earn a custom medal to commemorate their accomplishment!

Spirit of '76 challengers will all receive a sticker and ANY 250 mile finisher will receive a special standing award commemorating their accomplishment!

For our out-of-town participants, the shirts, stickers, and medals/awards will be mailed out on August 3 all together.

For local participants who don't want to have their swag mailed, the swag packages are available on August 3 at Bandit CrossFit.

Overall awards: FASTEST FINISHER (fastest to 100 miles in each division) EXTRA MILE (accumulate the most miles in each division.) HARDEST TO KILL (award given to the grittiest by the race director at their discretion.) SPIRIT OF '76 (award given to all finishers of the 250 mile add-on challenge.)
