The Summer Miles Club is designed to help you stay consistent, build fitness, and have fun doing it—whether you’re maintaining your base or getting ready for fall training.

🗓️ Weekly Schedule (M/W/F at 5:30 AM)

✨ Miles + Mobility Mondays Easy/longer miles with occasional yoga or Pilates mixed in for recovery and strength

🔥 Workout Wednesdays Speed work, tempo runs, hills, and intervals to keep things interesting

🎉 Fun Run Fridays Social, relaxed 5K—perfect way to wrap up the week

🌊 What to Expect

We’ll keep things fresh all summer with:

Beach runs Scavenger hunts Field days + fun workouts Occasional surprises 👀 All paces are welcome. Walkers, runners, and anyone looking to move their body and be part of a fun, supportive group.
