Cave Spring Arts Festival 5K & 1M 2026

The race.

The Cave Spring Arts Festival 5K & 1 Mile takes place June 13, 2026 in Cave Spring, Georgia. The 5K begins at 8:15 a.m. and the 1 mile run/walk starts at 9:00 a.m., with awards at 9:15 a.m. Registration costs $30 for the 5K ($40 day-of) and $25 for the 1 mile run ($30 day-of, $20 for walk). Pre-race packet pickup is available Friday, June 12, from 5–8 p.m. at Rolater Park; day-of pickup begins at 6:30 a.m. near the Train Caboose downtown. Top finishers receive hand-crafted ceramic awards from local artist John Johnston, with medals and mugs for top three finishers in age groups 14&U through 70&O. The race benefits historical preservation and educational programs. Finishers receive a race t-shirt and free entry to both the Arts & Crafts Festival and the Cave Spring pool.
