Firecracker 10k, 5k and Kids Fun Run 2026

The race.

The Firecracker 10K, 5K, and Kids Fun Run takes place on June 27, 2026, at the Lenoir Rotary Soccer Complex (1050 Zacks Fork Road, Lenoir, NC 28645). The 5K and 10K courses run on the City of Lenoir Greenway, with both starting and finishing at the complex parking lot at 8 AM. Check-in, packet pickup, and day-of registration occur from 6:30 to 7:45 AM; day-of registration accepts cash or check only. All finishers receive a race medal, and age group awards go to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers across 16 male and female categories ranging from 10 and under to 80+. Participants who register by June 16, 2026, receive a race shirt on race day; registrations after that date will have shirts ordered for later delivery.
