About the race
The race.
The inaugural AURA Wild Card Run takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, starting at 7:00 AM at the Electronic Tower in Paron, Arkansas. The 10-mile event follows the Corkscrew trail route in a counterclockwise direction, with runners collecting one playing card at each of four stations along the course and drawing a fifth card at the finish line. The best poker hand wins a custom chip medal. Participants should bring water, trail shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and snacks as needed. Registration is requested to help organizers plan food quantities.
