WE ARE CELEBRATING OUR 20TH ANNIVERSARY THIS YEAR!

WE ARE SOLD OUT!! Thank you for the incredible and overwhelming support of the charity event!

We could use just a few more bike course marshal volunteers to close the bike course to keep the athletes safe. We are looking to double up volunteers on a few key streets and have back ups on hand race day in case we need to fill in any last open streets.

Come out and join us for a fun and meaningful race day helping others in need, where 100 percent of our proceeds go to charity. Same flat, fast and super spectator friendly course: 1/4 mile ocean swim-12 mile bike ride on closed streets through Avalon-5k beach run! The absolute BEST GEAR, The Xterra mesh athlete bag is back, a custom swim cap, comfy three color printed tee shirts, DeFeet 4 colored custom socks, Hollywood Bicycle Center custom event water bottle, a large event cotton, 3 color printed finisher towel. Super cool unique HOODIE awards to all that go Top 5 Overall, Masters, Grand Masters, and 3 deep in each age group.

You can pick up your packet at at your convenience either Friday, June 26th from 5-7pm or race day, June 27th from 5:30-6:45am inside Avalon Community Hall 3001 Avalon Avenue, Avalon, NJ 08202
