About the race

The race.

Kids Running Camp welcomes children in kindergarten through 8th grade to participate in a week-long camp in Billings, MT, organized by Billings West High Cross Country. Sessions run from 8:30 to 10 a.m. daily, with instruction in running techniques and stretching, small-group workouts, games, and a timed mile. Participants run through neighborhoods and on bike paths, meeting each day at Poly Field for drop-off and pickup. Registration occurs on June 1st at Poly Vista Park starting at 8 a.m., with payment accepted in cash or check made to Yellowstone Rapids. A voluntary track meet is available for interested participants on June 13th.
