About the race
The race.
The Leopolis Triathlon takes place July 4, 2026, in Leopolis, Wisconsin near Leopolis Pond. Two race distances are offered: a short course with a pond swim, 5-mile bike, and 2-mile run for kids 16 and under and the Beer Belly division (adults 17 and over); and a long course with a pond swim, 12-mile bike, and 5-mile run for the Jock division (adults 17 and over). Wave starts begin at 10:00 a.m. with approximately 20–25 athletes per wave. On-site registration runs from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. Registration costs $20 for kids 16 and under or $30 for adults. All participants receive a t-shirt. Age group awards go to the top two male and female finishers in each category.
