Let's Get Moving! A Mobility Clinic is a six-week instructional course held in Vero Beach, FL, meeting on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 PM from June 2 through July 9, 2026. The program covers mobility fundamentals across six progressive weekly topics, including posture and balance, active movement patterns, shoulder and spine mobility, and functional daily movements. Participants should bring a yoga or fitness mat, towels, bug spray, and hydration; a notepad or phone app is recommended for note-taking. The course welcomes participants of all fitness levels and includes brief daily homework assignments of 5–10 minutes per session.
