About the race
The race.
On June 20, 2026, the Mary Therese Rose Fund hosts a timed one-mile run and walk at Lakeland Regional High School in Wanaque, NJ. Runners compete on the school track while walkers participate on the inner oval and outer edges. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. with the race and walk starting at 10:00 a.m. Entry is $30 through May 4 or $35 through race day for the timed mile; a $20 donation is suggested for walkers. Event t-shirts are available on site while supplies last for race participants and walkers who collect $50 or more in donations. Proceeds benefit the Mary Therese Rose Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting families with children with special needs.
