May 25th, The Mighty Miler 2026

The race.

The Mighty Miler takes place Monday, May 25, 2026, in Hamilton, VA, starting at 8am from Hamilton Elementary. Participants can choose from a 1.5-mile run/walk option with the possibility of completing a second loop for a 5K distance, or participate in the Mini Murph (1 mile run plus bodyweight exercises and another mile) or Mighty Murph (1 mile run plus additional bodyweight exercises and another mile). The course travels through the Orchard Circle neighborhood and returns to the starting point. Race shirts are available to early registrants who sign up by May 4th. Post-race refreshments and activities include light food, games, music, and dancing. Proceeds benefit MK9s Service Dogs.
