The race.
The Pill Hill 10K returns to Huntsville on June 27, 2026, following a hiatus since 2003. The 10-kilometer road race takes place in the Greenwyche pool neighborhood, utilizing the terrain around the Drake and Garth Road intersection. All proceeds benefit the Huntsville Police Department Citizens Foundation Fund, which supports families of fallen officers and officers facing medical or mental health challenges. The race also aims to raise community awareness of officer wellness and mental health issues.
