The Riverton 4th of July Committee’s Bill Oliver 5K Race and 1 Mile Run for Fun is back for 2025 with new race directors, Andrew and Geoff! Big thanks to our former director, John, for all his work.

Please note the DIFFERENT START TIMES AND LOCATIONS for both races and plan accordingly.

Bill Oliver 5K Race:

Start Time: 8 AM Start Location: Sacred Heart Family Center, located at Fourth Street and Linden Avenue in Riverton Timed event using chips on participant bibs Sanctioned by the U.S. Track & Field Association • # NJ13005 LMB

1 Mile Run for Fun:

Start Time: 9:30 AM Start Location: Second Street, near the intersection with Cinnaminson Street Timed event using chips on participant bibs

Preregistration:

Deadline for $30 registration is 11:59 PM on 7/3 Bib & shirt pickup will begin at 6:30 AM in the Sacred Heart Family Center Gymnasium in Riverton, NJ Shirts are only guaranteed for the first 500 runners.

Day-Of Registration:

Day-of signups will be on July 4th using this RunSignup registration form ALL 5k and 1 Mile runners can register until 7:45 AM on 7/4 Bib & shirt pickup will begin at 6:30 AM in the Sacred Heart Family Center Gymnasium in Riverton, NJ

Additional Information:

Parking is available at the Sacred Heart Family Center on a first-come basis Street parking is permitted but DO NOT park anywhere with NO PARKING signs. We have many events in town on the 4th and the police will be ticketing/towing to keep the streets clear for all the festivities. Bathrooms are available at the Sacred Heart Family Center and at the finish line of the races at Riverton Memorial Park Several water stops are offered along the course, and at the finish line
