The race.
This training program prepares runners for the Rockland Road Runners Turkey Trot 5-mile race held in Valley Cottage, NY on October 18, 2026. Led by RRCA Certified Running Coach Gail Cirlin-Lazerus, the program is open to runners of all levels seeking to complete the race or achieve a personal best. Participants receive weekly training plans, guidance on long runs, and ongoing coaching support. The program is free for Rockland Road Runners members; non-members are prompted to join during registration. The race benefits The Marisa Fund. Note that program registration does not include race entry, which must be completed separately.
