Run for the Butter takes place June 21, 2026, in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, featuring a 0.5-mile kids' race starting at 7:45 a.m., a 10K beginning at 8:00 a.m. on an out-and-back bike trail course, and a 2-mile fun run/walk following the same route. The event starts and finishes at Lakeside Foods, 200 Eagle Street. Top three finishers in male and female categories earn prizes for both the 2-mile and 10K races, while kids' race participants receive ribbons. Proceeds benefit Butterfest programming for the following year.
