Run Like a Viking Virtual Challenge 5K/10K/Half Marathon 2026

Run Like a Viking is a virtual challenge hosted by the National Nordic Museum, offering participants the choice of a 5K, 10K, or half-marathon distance. Competitors can complete their chosen distance anywhere in the world using any form of movement—running, walking, biking, kayaking, or skateboarding—between September 1–30, 2026. All participants receive a custom t-shirt (sizes S–XXXL, while supplies last), a racing bib, and two general admission tickets to the Museum (valid through August 2026). Race packets are available for local pickup at the Museum's Visitor Services desk (Tuesday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.) with three business days' notice, or can be mailed directly to participants.
