Safari Run to Uganda 2026 - In-person and Virtual Race at County Farm Park - Dress in an African animal costume!

The Safari Run to Uganda 2026 takes place on June 13, 2026, at County Farm Park in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with both in-person and virtual options. Three distances are offered: a 50-yard tot trot for children ages 1–3 (free with a registered adult), a 1.1-mile fun run, and a 5K. T-shirt pickup and the tot trot begin at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. respectively, with the fun run at 9:15 a.m. and the 5K at 10 a.m. Participants may enter both the fun run and 5K with a single registration. Reduced registration fees apply for participants under 18. Finishers receive t-shirts and medals. Participants are encouraged to wear African animal costumes; prizes are awarded for the best costume in child and adult categories. Face painting is available. Race participants must register by May 26 to receive a shirt on race day. Proceeds benefit Tsiyon Family Hospital in Sayyi, Uganda, supporting equipment for the operating room.
