The Last Best Beer Run and 5k takes place May 16, 2026, in Billings, Montana. Participants can choose between a 3.1-mile run without beer stops (starting at 9:55 a.m., limited to 300 people) or a 3.1-mile beer run with eight 4-ounce beer pours along the course (multiple waves starting at 10:00 a.m., limited to 500 people). The beer run course runs through downtown Billings on sidewalks, with water stations at each beer stop and bathrooms available near the halfway point. The finish line is at Dehler Park, where an after-party beer festival begins at 10:30 a.m. with food from Michelle's Pantry. A costume contest features Cartoons and Video Games themes, and hidden items on the course award prizes. T-shirt orders deadline is April 30, 2026.
