The race.
The Vantage Aviation Runway 5K takes place on May 16, 2026, at Richmond Executive-Chesterfield County Airport in Chesterfield, VA. This 3.1-mile race benefits the Chesterfield Police Activities League, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Registration and packet pickup run from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., with the race starting at 8:00 a.m. Participation is capped at 200 runners. All registered participants receive a race shirt and medal. The top three finishers in male and female categories earn awards. Runners registering by April 25, 2026, are guaranteed a t-shirt; race-day registrations and late signups are limited to available inventory.
