The race.
The Westport Santa Dash takes place December 12, 2026, in Kansas City, Missouri, offering multiple distance options: a 5K beginning at 10am, a 1K fun run/walk, a 200-meter dash, and an Elf Dash for ages 12 and under. A Virtual Santa Dash option is also available. All 5K participants receive a long-sleeve race shirt or Santa suit (including hat, pants, belt, and coat), a finisher medal ornament, and holiday treats including hot chocolate. The 1K participants finish at the Westport Christmas Market. Elf Dash participants receive a race shirt and goodie bag.
