Advanced Sailing September 19 is a two-day adult sailing class held September 19–20, 2026, at Fiddler's Cove Marina in San Diego, CA. Classes run from 9 am to 4 pm and include boat rental, instruction, and textbooks. Participants must be at least 16 years old and provide a valid California Boater Card or course completion certificate before the first class session. The course covers Intermediate level sailing on Catalina Capri 22 boats with one to four students per boat based on conditions and skills being taught. Upon completion, participants receive a Navy Sailing Qualification Card. Pre-registration is required and fees vary by military affiliation and rank; study materials are available at the marina boathouse.
