About the race
The race.
The Bogus Trail Series runs on three Friday evenings in June and July 2026 in Boise, ID, with races on June 26th, July 10th, and July 24th. Participants can choose from distances of 4 miles, 6 miles, or 6.5 miles, with a 5K option also available. All races start near the entrance to Simplot Lodge on single-track trails at Bogus Basin. Runners who complete all three races receive a customized hat. The series uses a Grand Prix scoring system based on finishing place, with separate male and female winners. Registration discounts are available for signing up for multiple races.
