The race.
The Get Fired Up for First Responders 5K takes place on June 20, 2026, in Lexington, IN, starting at 8:00 AM at Lexington Community Ballpark. This 5K run/walk is the 3rd annual event held during Old Settlers' Days and benefits the Lexington Volunteer Fire Department. Registration costs $25, with a May 20 deadline to guarantee a race t-shirt. Packet pickup is available Friday, June 19, after 5:00 PM or Saturday morning from 7:15–7:50 AM at the shelter house. All proceeds support the Lexington Volunteer Fire Department and local community.
