Girls on the Run Mid Michigan 5K 2026

The race.

Girls on the Run Mid-Michigan hosts a 3.1-mile 5K on Sunday, May 17, 2026, starting at 11:00 a.m. in East Lansing at Michigan State University's Conrad Hall. The race benefits Girls on the Run Mid-Michigan. Participants receive finisher medals and t-shirts; register by May 1 to guarantee shirt size, or select "opt out" if you prefer not to receive one. Packet pickup is available Friday, May 15, from 2:00–6:00 p.m. at Complete Runner in Flint; Saturday, May 16, from 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. at Playmakers in Okemos; or race day from 9:00–11:00 a.m. at Conrad Hall. Chip timing and results by age group (9 and under through 80+) will be available online. Free parking is available on the MSU campus.
