The Hometown Half Marathon & 5k/10k takes place May 23, 2026, in Kansas City, Missouri, offering multiple distances including a half marathon (13.1 miles), 10k (6.2 miles), 5k (3.1 miles), 1-mile run, and kids' dash for ages 10 and under. Participants receive a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal; the kids' dash includes a youth-sized shirt and child-specific medal.
