Le Moyne College Dolphin Dash 2026

The race.

The Le Moyne College Dolphin Dash takes place on September 26, 2026, at Niland Athletics Complex on Le Moyne College's campus in Syracuse, NY. Participants can choose between a timed 5K run/walk, an untimed 1-mile walk, or a virtual 5K option. The live event starts at 9:30 a.m., with registration available online only. Registration is $35 for the 5K (includes commemorative shirt), $15 for the 1-mile walk, and $20 for the virtual event ($10 additional for a shirt). Discounts are available for military members, area running club members, and Le Moyne students. Awards include overall and age-group placings (ages 12 and under through 80 and over), plus special recognitions for school spirit, longest travel distance, and most family participants. Proceeds benefit Le Moyne's Cross Country and Track & Field programs.
