The race.
LiVE WiRES Rome is an 8-week running program for grades 1–5 meeting Mondays from September 14 through November 2, 2026, at Ridge Ferry Park (Shoals Side, 363 Riverside Parkway NE, Rome, GA 30161) from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The program includes eight practice sessions and eight road race opportunities, with sessions featuring warm-up jogging, stretching, workouts with water breaks, running games, and strength work, plus healthy snacks. Registration is $145 and includes a t-shirt, season-ending party, and two free road races; sibling discounts apply for multiple family members registering together. Proof of medical insurance is required upon registration.
