The race.

PIT ★ XCO is an Olympic-style cross country mountain bike race held June 6, 2026, in Three Rivers, MI, organized by Southwest Michigan Mountain Biking Association. Four distance options are available: 6.75 miles (beginner, minimum age 9), 11.75 miles (sport, minimum age 11), 16.75 miles (sport plus, minimum age 11), and 24.25 miles (elite/expert, minimum age 13). The event starts at 14791 Hoffman Rd, with packet pickup available Friday June 5 from 6–8 p.m., or Saturday June 6 starting at 7 a.m. Beginner racing begins at 9 a.m., followed by sport at 10:15 a.m., sport plus at 11:30 a.m., and elite/expert at 1:30 p.m. Finishers receive podium awards and random cash drawings ($25–$100 depending on category). T-shirt pre-orders close May 22; additional shirts available race day for $30. Food, beverages including beer (21+ with ID), and one complimentary beer ticket per racer are provided. All proceeds benefit SWMMBA trail maintenance and upgrades.
