Sehgahunda Trail Marathon, Marathon Relay & Vale of Three Falls 2026

The race.

The Sehgahunda Trail Marathon and Marathon Relay takes place May 16th at Letchworth State Park in Portageville, NY, starting at 6103 Visitor Center Road, Mount Morris, with a course closure at 4:00pm. The 26.3-mile trail marathon features eight stocked aid stations and a handmade arrowhead finisher medal; relay teams also cover 26.3 miles with the same aid station support. The Vale of Three Falls races run May 17th at the park's Parade Grounds with three out-and-back courses on seasonal gravel roads: a 5K starting at 8:00am with one aid station, a 10K at 9:05am with three aid stations, and a 15K at 10:35am with five aid stations, all closing at 1:00pm. All finishers receive event shirts and medals; shirts are guaranteed for those registered by May 1st. A 72-kilometer option combines all races over both days and includes a special finisher plaque. Post-race food and drinks are provided for all events.
