Sloth Run 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS 2026

The race.

Sloth Run offers 5K, 10K, half-marathon, and 1-mile options on August 29, 2026, in Memphis, Tennessee. Participants choose from four wave start times beginning at 7:30 a.m., with coordinators available for three hours after the first wave. All ages and fitness levels are welcome to run or walk; children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Registration includes a technical running shirt (shipped to your U.S. address the week of the race), finisher's medal, finisher's towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, and online certificate of completion. Timing is optional—use your own app or ask coordinators for assistance; no timing chips are used. A virtual run option is available for participants who prefer to complete their distance at another time and location. Race bibs are distributed on race day; no packet pickup is required.
