The race.

Tommy's Trek: Boldly Running for a Cure takes place May 15, 2026, in Danville, VA at Ballou Park. The event features a 3.1-mile out-and-back course on West Main Street starting and finishing at the park, with a 1-mile kids run for ages 0–9. The kids run begins at 6:00 PM with finisher ribbons for all participants, followed by the 5K run/walk at 7:00 PM. Registration costs $30 in advance or $35 on race day. Finisher T-shirts are guaranteed for those registering by April 15th. Post-race activities include awards, a DJ, and food trucks.
