Turnagain Arm Trail Run 2026

The race.

The Turnagain Arm Trail Run takes place on May 7, 2026, in Anchorage, Alaska, featuring 8-mile and 4-mile trail races. The 8-mile course runs between Potter Trailhead and McHugh Trailhead, while the 4-mile course covers the final 4 miles of the longer route, both starting and finishing at designated trailheads. Bib pickup is available one hour before the race start at each course's starting location, or the afternoon before on May 6 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Alaska Airlines Center coaches suite. Participants must pay a $5 vehicle parking fee or provide a valid annual state parks parking permit. The event benefits the UAA Ski Team.
