About the race

The race.

The West Virginia Mountain Trail Runners host their 2026 Annual Meeting on July 26 in Fayetteville, WV. The day begins at 9:00 am with guided runs of various distances starting at Fayetteville Town Park, followed by lunch at 12:00 pm and a General Membership Meeting at 1:00 pm at the Ascend WV Cooperative Work Building (200 W Wiseman Ave). Pizza is provided; participants are asked to bring drinks. A Board of Directors Meeting follows at 2:30 pm. Registration is free but required; all members and non-members are welcome to attend.
