Control and reporting

The controls and the numbers, in your hands.

You set the terms
Free or paid galleries
You decide whether athletes pay. A free gallery can be sponsor-funded instead, and keeps every discovery and delivery capability.
Self-service edits
Change event details, gallery mode, and page content yourself. You do not file a ticket to fix a start time.
Team access
Invite teammates to the organization with their own logins. This is team access, not a volunteer-management product.
The messy middle, handled
Photo refunds and disputes
Review and resolve a photo refund or dispute yourself, with the order in front of you.
Entry refunds and transfers
Refund or transfer an entry. Which paths are available depends on the event mode and provider, so we confirm per event.
Stripe payouts
Connect the organization’s Stripe account and receive your share as a transfer-backed payout. Bank settlement follows Stripe.
The numbers, in one place
Photo sales dashboard
What sold, when, and your 20% share of it, per event.
Sponsor order reporting
Sponsor orders and their delivery status alongside the photo numbers, in the same per-event view.
Registration financial reporting
Limited release, and dependent on the native registration rollout: entry revenue, discounts, fees, and reconciliation views. This is registration financial reporting, not an accounting product.
FAQ

Questions race directors ask.

Do I keep control if I stay on my current registration provider?

Your event page, gallery, photo commerce, roster, and supported reporting can work around an external registration provider. Registration refunds, transfers, deferrals, and native financials apply only to supported registration modes and enabled events.

What does the per-event report show?

One screen per event: gallery traffic, athletes matched to photos, photo transactions, outbound registration clicks, and check-ins processed, with CSV export.

How much of a photo sale does the organizer keep?

The event earns 20% of every photo sale. Or run the gallery free, and the photo rail becomes sponsor value instead.
