Registration
Keep sending runners to your current provider, or use native checkout when it is enabled for your event.
Group and family cart
Native checkout for a relay team or family in one cart.
Coupons
Native promo codes for comp entries and configured discounts.
Sell more than an entry
Add-ons and donations
Shirts, parking, a donation to your charity partner, in the same checkout.
Merchandise line items
Add event merch as line items so the store is the registration page.
Set it up once
Clone last year’s setup
Copy ticket types, pricing tiers, questions, waiver, add-ons, and inclusions from an eligible prior event.
Public race page
Your event gets a permanent, search-indexed public page, whether or not you ever sell a photo through us.
Event page and branding
Dates, distances, venue, course, schedule, cover image, and your organization’s logo and colors. This is an event page, not a custom-domain website builder.
Event data in, results out
Results imports
Import a supported result or timing export to attach finish time and place to athletes, media, and certificates. PodiumBase is not a timing system.
Roster import and bib assignment
Build the roster by supported sync or import, or enter it by hand, then assign and correct bibs.
Keep the roster honest
Entry and roster view
Who is registered, in which distance, with which add-ons, in one per-event list. Revenue and reconciliation live with the rest of your reporting.
Provider integrations
Keep RunSignup, Race Roster, UltraSignup, or Active and pull the roster from the platform you already use, so the event page and check-in stay in sync.
FAQ
Questions race directors ask.
Do we have to move our registration?
No. External mode keeps registration exactly where it is, and native checkout is optional. You choose per event.
Can a team register together?
Group and family cart is in limited release for enabled native-registration events. We confirm availability during activation.
Where do the fees land?
For events enabled for native registration, pricing is $1 plus 5% per entry, with the percentage leg capped at $15, so no entry ever costs more than $16. See the pricing page and confirm eligibility during activation.
Ready when you are
Activate one event and build the race page around your registration.
Keep your registration provider, or turn on native checkout. We configure the event page, add-ons, and roster with you, and you review everything before launch.
