The race.
The 36th Fathers Day 5K Run takes place on June 21, 2026, in Rehoboth Beach, DE, starting at 7:30 a.m. at the Bandstand. This race is the fourth event in the Seashore Striders Summer Series and third in their Triple Crown Series, with proceeds benefiting the Seashore Strider Youth Cross Country Team and Cape Henlopen Food Basket. Packet pickup is available on race day beginning 90 minutes before start time, or on June 20 from 4–6 p.m. at the New Balance Store on Coastal Highway.
