We're launching our official half marathon Fall training program to get ready for the Rhinebeck Fall Foliage half marathon , which takes place on Saturday, 9/26. Training will begin on Monday, 7/13.

This training program isn't just about logging miles in an app or checking a workout off your list. It's a full wellness journey. Yes, we're going to get you physically ready to crush those 13.1 miles. But running is only one piece of the puzzle. We're focusing on the whole athlete—and the whole human.

Every week, alongside our group runs, we will introduce and tackle one foundational healthy habit together. We’ll dive into things like:

Sleep: Consistently hitting that 8–9 hour sweet spot so your body actually recovers. Nutrition: Realistically crowding out the junk by adding more whole foods and vegetables to your plate. Hydration: Moving past "forgetting to drink water all day" to truly fueling your muscles and joints.

Whether you're looking to finish your very first half marathon or set a personal best on the course, you'll cross the finish line as a stronger, healthier, and more balanced version of yourself.
