The MOV Out of the Darkness 5K takes place on June 13, 2026, in Parkersburg, WV, on the North Bend Rail Trail. This 5K benefits the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The out-and-back course runs on gravel terrain. All finishers receive a cooling towel and LMNT samples. Awards include medals for the top 3 male and female overall finishers and top 3 finishers in each age group: Under 14, 15–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and Over 70.
