The race.

The Snake 10-Mile Trail Race takes place on July 25, 2026, in Lawrence, Kansas. The 10-mile course runs on trails on the north shore of Clinton Lake, starting and finishing at Shelter 2 in Overlook Park. Packet pickup begins at 6 a.m. on race morning, with the race starting at 7 a.m. An aid station operates at the midway point, and post-race watermelon is provided for runners, volunteers, and guests. Lawrence Trail Hawks members receive a $10 discount on entry fees. Runners under 14 must be accompanied by an adult during the race.
