Streator Run For Glory 2026

The race.

The Streator Run For Glory is a 5K held on July 4, 2026, in Streator, IL, beginning at City Park and running an out-and-back route through neighborhoods. The race starts at the corner of Kent Street and Vermillion Street. Chip timing and finish line support are provided. Awards go to the top three finishers in each of 15 age groups (9 and under through 80 and over), plus first-place finishers overall and the first male and female runners from Streator. Water stations are located at the 1- and 2-mile marks, with fruit and water available after the race. Guaranteed t-shirts or tank tops are included for participants registered by June 17, 2026; the first 100 registrants receive festive swag bags. A free drink voucher at Legacy Sports Bar and Grill is provided to finishers. Check-in opens at 6:30 a.m. at City Park. Registration costs $20 through March 31, $30 from April 1 through July 3, and $35 on race day.
