The race.
The Last Texan Standing is the third event in the Texas Backyard Ultra Series, held October 10, 2026, in Bastrop, TX. Runners complete 4.167-mile loops on an hourly schedule; each completed loop equals one point toward the series standings. The event continues until one runner remains. Participants must complete at least two of the three circuit events to appear on the master leaderboard. The winner receives five bonus points, and the runner-up earns three bonus points. The event is organized by Fit Foundation.
